Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day; everything else ships within 24 hours. Standard US delivery takes 3–5 business days and costs $4.95, free on orders over $40 and on every subscription order.
You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
We ship to select countries with delivery in 7–14 business days, calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes, where applicable, are shown before you pay — no surprises at the door.
Our 30-day guarantee gives you a full refund. You must return the remaining product to us for review. Email support@holystrips.com with your order number to start.
Skip, pause, swap products or cancel from your account at any time — changes apply to any order that has not shipped yet. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
If a tin arrives damaged or an order goes missing in transit, send us a photo (for damage) or your tracking number and we reship for free or refund in full — your choice.
Need to fix an address? Contact us within two hours of ordering and we will update it before the label prints. Once shipped, we will work with the carrier to redirect where possible.
