When you order we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) and payment details — payment is processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers. When you browse, we collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and referral source.

How we use it

In short: To fulfil orders, support you, and improve the store.

Your information is used to fulfil and deliver orders, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, send order updates, and — only with your consent — send marketing email or SMS. Analytics help us understand what to improve.

What we never do

In short: We never sell your personal information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not use your health-related browsing (like which supplement you viewed) for anything beyond showing you relevant products on our own store.

Who we share with

In short: Only the services that run the store.

We share data with service providers who need it to operate: payment processors, shipping carriers, our e-commerce platform, email/SMS providers and analytics tools. Each is bound to use it only for the service they provide to us.

Marketing choices

In short: Opt out any time, one click or one word.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and every SMS accepts STOP. Opting out never affects order or shipping notifications.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and login working. Analytics and marketing cookies run only where permitted, and you can clear or block them in your browser at any time.

Your rights

In short: See it, fix it, delete it — just ask.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing support@holystrips.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), additional statutory rights may apply — we honor them all through the same email.

In short: Encrypted in transit, kept only as long as needed.

All traffic is encrypted (TLS), access to customer data is restricted, and we keep personal information only as long as needed for orders, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
